Karna Bhandari
Mixed use building being constructed at Kirtipur-2 for Mr. Karna Bhandari. Design is focussed on functional planning in minimal land coverage and simplicity in elevation design. Since more than 1/3 of land was to be left for right of way and set back according to by-law of municipality, design had to be maximum coverage to the remaining land. Land has road on two sides so it is beneficial for commercial purpose in ground floor. Upper two floor is designed for owner’s residential purpose.
