Mr. Chandra when first visited our office he had no demand, he just wanted municipal drawing. But when we talk with him about his family then we came to know that he had two sons one working in Dubai and another studying in Japan. Then we asked him to contact his son and find out what type of house they want to build so he immediately vibered his sons and we could talk to them. We came to know that his son’s preference was brick façade house.
So Team Arris proposed this interplay of exposed brick faced with normal plastered and coloured surfaces. Our client along with his sons was very satisfied with the result. This building standing in a site area of 8 anna and total built up of 2304 sq.ft has spacious parking and a beautiful front garden which added magnificence to the building.
