This is a residential building Designed for Dr.Gajendra Aryal. It is located at Hattiban, Lalitpur. This 3 and half storied building has rentable space in ground floor so separate assess is given to first floor. Upper two floor and half floor for owner with separate staircase inside to give bungalow feeling. Building is attached to two side since it has very small land area and big requirements. Balconies are provided to each room facing front side as it connects to outer and inner space and great volume to building. Brick cladding, wall cladding and glass railings are used to give elegance for this contemporary modern design.
