This north facing Residential building to be constructed at Sukedhara for Mrs. Kamala Shrestha. Planning and orientation is guided by vaastu and geometric volume depicts modern contemporary architecture. The brick facade and pergola further enhance the volume of the building.
This two and half storied building is for owners use only. Though this building is constructed in only 5 anna land, car parking for two and medium sized front yard is provided as per client’s requirement. Small entry porch is given to enhance the entry that leads to living room. Kitchen and dining are provided in second floor so that terrace can be used in family functions.
