Sarmila uprety
Residence at Dhapakhel for Ms. Sharmila Uprety is designed to incorporate aspects of VAASTU, without compromising sunlight in habitable spaces, in a land area of five annas. Vaastu has influenced overall planning of building where as exterior design was based on her husband’s preference in particular colour and cladding.
Ground floor consist 2BHK space for renting purpose where as 4BHK space was planned combining first and second floor. This Building with total built up area of 2328 sq.ft has large sufficient parking for two cars and front garden at eastern side of the plot.
