Khadka Kumari Neupane
This residential building is located at khadkagaun, kalanki for Khadka Kumari Neupane. it is located in very steep slope so building had to be designed in two steps with semi basement. Semi-basement has one apartment, Ground floor and first floor offers two small rentable apartments in each floor and second floor is for owner’s residence. This south facing building attached in west face allow sufficient light and ventilation. Simple detailing and small balconies are provided so front façade is designed to give apartment look.
