Residential Building at Kirtipur for our client Mr. Dhruba Upreti sits in a steep slope from where we can have the view of Kathmandu valley. There is one storey level difference asking for a semi-basement. Semi-basement and ground floor are rentable space and upper two floors are for residential purpose of owner. With semi-basement and stair cover, the building looks voluminous.
Owners Residence is facilitated with attached bathroom to all of their four bedrooms and common living space in each floor according to their requirements. Simple planning and use of different materials in exterior turns into simple modern contemporary building.
